The main goal of Swedish massage is to calm the body and mind, and release muscle tension with light to moderate pressure.
Deep tissue uses a technique of sustained pressure to target the inner muscles. The massage therapist applies a combination of firm and lighter strokes to the muscles with the goal of relaxing the muscle tissues and increasing blood flow to the heart and throughout the body.
PRENATAL MASSAGE

Adapting traditional techniques for a pregnant body, using side-lying position with pillows for support. Using gentle flowing strokes with light to medium pressure to relieve pain, reduce swelling through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage and lowering stress hormones, promoting relaxation and better sleep.
